REQUIREMENTS 

1 What files should I send for mixing and mastering?

Mastering: Stereo WAV/AIFF with maximum peaks around -6dBs and NO processing on the master bus.

Mixing: Include the previous file and export ALL individual tracks with the following specifications:

□ WAV or AIFF / Sample rate of your preference / 24 bit depth or higher / No dither.

□ No distortion at any stage.

□ 2 reference tracks.

□ Respect the maximum stem count included in your package.

□ Do NOT duplicate instruments, choose whether to export group or individuals, un-group if not using group processing/automations.

□ ENSURE the copy of your unprocessed master sounds exactly the same as your multitrack. (Multitrack Verification)

2 How many revisions do you offer? Do they have an extra cost?

We provide 1 revision at no cost. Additional revisions have a cost of 10GBP, a revision can list unlimited adjustments.

Communication is close, fast and fluent. We want to make sure that you are happy with the results and that we fully comprehend the sound aesthetics you are aiming.

Any changes you make to stems after we begin working on your project will be subject to an additional stem resubmission fee.

The project/revisions will be considered concluded if we don’t hear back from you for more than 7 days.

3 Refunds available?

Since the time we spent on your project cannot be recovered, we are unable to issue refunds. We collaborate until your targeted aesthetic is accomplished.
